eChemicles is currently scaling-up its breakthrough low-temperature CO2 electrolysis technology that transforms CO2 into CO using electricity as the only energy input. Thus, our technology helps reducing CO2 emissions, while at the same time provides a green pathway to produce a platform molecule widely used in the (petro-)chemical value chain. Importantly, our technology can help the de-carbonisation of hard-to-abate sectors, such as chemical/petrochemical production, aviation, maritime, or the cement and steel industries without the need to decommission the current industrial infrastructure.
